"There must be an Angel...."

Hello,
Today I thought I'd concentrate on Angels! Angels, hearts and of course cats are three of my favourite things. I have been making my wooden angels for sometime now and they have proven to be popular with my customers as well as friends and family.
My angels can be made in a wide range of colours, with dark brown or blonde hair and almost any wording that you could think of! I've had customers who have bought an angel for themselves as well as gifts for people of all ages for all sorts of occasions or just to say "I'm thinking of you" or "Thank you". Available as "stock" designs or bespoke.
Thay make ideal presents for Mother's Day, Easter, Weddings, Bride and Bridesmaid gifts, to welcome a new baby or to bless a new home, I'm sure you could think up many more ideas too!
Here is my own "Kitchen Angel" hanging from my kitchen wall with my large Joy Primitive Heart Hanger.

Ebay

Well I'm both a little sad and rather happy too! A bit of a contradiction you may think, well I'll explain....

I'm afraid the time had come to close my Ebay shop. Ebay was how I got started in business and over time the Ebay shop had grown and I'd gained some loyal customers, many of whom now buy directly from the website http://www.pussywillowscountrycrafts.co.uk/

Ebay have unfortunately made so many changes over the last few months that it has become increasingly difficult and expensive to sell there, especially owning an Ebay shop. So it makes sense now to close the ebay shop (hooray no more long-winded hours spent listing on ebay!) and concentrate on the website.

My website has grown from strength to strength and sales have outstripped the ebay ones which is fantastic so I feel the Ebay shop is now no longer needed. I will however, continue to sell some items under my ebay user name willowscountrycrafts so for those of you who enjoy the ebay experience you can still buy my items on ebay!

Please visit our website for the full range of items at very reasonable prices and you'll be pleased to know that the packing and postage charges have been reduced for smaller orders! New designs are being added all the time now and I have just listed some very pretty heart hangers in fresh spring colours, please take a look

So there we are, not so much the end but a bright new beginning, or continuing of better things!!
With love,

Tamsin and Pussy Willow xx

Hearts and Flowers

Sorry slush alert!.......
Look what I got for Valentine's Day, aren't I lucky! How lovely it is to have a romantic man :)
I also got a pretty card and of course I made him one with hearts and flowers and cute Penny Black mice (the rubber stamp addicts will understand!).
Martin cooked me a lovely meal of homemade seafood lasagne followed by strawberry cheesecake - yummy! (yes he cooks too, told you I was lucky!) We had a lovely romantic weekend and I felt thoroughly spoilt!
I hope you all enjoyed a lovely Valentine's Day too and were equally spoilt by your other halves!
Lots of love and country blessings xx

"Let it snow, let it snow....."

Wow haven't seen snow here like that it years! I believe most of the country has now had at least some snow and west Kent where we are is no exception. Last Sunday the white stuff started falling and Monday morning we woke to a beautiful thick white blanket covering everything, but it didn't stop there it just kept on coming! Then when it stopped snowing the ice hardend on side roads and the pavements, getting anywhere became treacherous!

By Thursday most of the snow had gone here and we had rain but I know in many areas the snow was just beginning. Friday evening and more snow arrived, in the valley were we are we only have a little and it's quite bright and sunny today but in neighbouring towns they have lots more snow so I guess we're lucky here!

Pussy Willow and Sky are enjoying sitting on the windowsills above the warmth of the radiators and looking out at the snowflakes and frosty garden, hmmm I'm sure they are also watching the little birds hop around looking for the nuts and birdseed I've put out too! Oh the hard life of a pampered cat!

Hope you are keeping warm and toasty inside, with warm wishes...

Tamsin xx
